iSyncr is an excellent way to keep your phone updated with your most recent music, and this add-on makes it even better. You do need to install a small client on your PC in order to use the add-on, but once you have that, the phone and computer connect almost instantly. There's practically no setup required. You choose the playlists you want to sync, and it updates the music stored on your phone. This app can be moved to the SD card, so there's almost no footprint. It will keep syncing after the display goes to sleep, and doesn't use much battery. This is an extremely well-written app. I highly recommend it.
