Don't buy for use with win7, February 6, 2012 By  RockyBass - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Alfa 1000mw 1W Waterproof Marine high power Long Range Outdoor 802.11 B, G USB AP/CPE wireless network Wifi Adaptor with With an Extendable N type Antenna Port for Various Antenna Use and 26 Foot Cable - Great For Trucker or RV (Electronics) Ordered and was happy to see win7 listed on the driver CD, this happiness was short lived as the provided driver just endlessly loops, discovering and un-discovering it's self!!! Chipset claims to be RTL8187 don't know what the variant could be "se", "b" or "L" tried drivers for each in turn (hours of fun). NO JOY. Tried Alfa's website and the vista, XP, and win7 drivers all go file not found. Tried RealTeh's site and all diff variants and OS versions. Still no joy. I guess I will have to order another so I will at least have a universal bug killer set. You know label unit 1 "A" and the other "B". To use you just place bug on unit A and crush with unit B! I am really frustrated and cannot believe others are not having this same issue.
