I took my new book to a baseball game and was reading before the game.I put the book in my jacket and some how managed to sit on the jacket and the book, with disastrous results. I called the warranty company the next day and they replaced my book. I contact customer service and describe the situation and am given instructions for a refund. I contacted the vender with info and w/n a week I had my $$$ credited to my account. During said discussions I contacted CS reference the Kindle Touch that didn't make it and w/n an hour I had a new one and updated delivery. I ordered standard & it was up graded to 2 day air. I could go on & on but I've been w/Amazon for years and it works and works well.
